Marcus holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Trident University International, a degree that complements his extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, and team development. Prior to launching Northwest HomeSeekr, he served in multiple senior leadership roles in public affairs and operations within the U.S. Army, where he led high-performing teams, managed large-scale communications initiatives, and advised top military leadership at the national and international level.

His proven expertise in negotiation, organizational strategy, and client relations has seamlessly transitioned into real estate, where he’s known for helping clients win in a competitive market. Marcus is passionate about empowering his community through real estate education, personalized service, and transparent communication.
